At Concrete, we stand by the quality of our garments and offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. If your purchase doesn't fit your aesthetic or size, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
